RSCI, the Robert Simic Coaching Institute, is the institute for those called to deliver this work: the RS Method, Robert Simic's body of work. Based in Dubai, UAE, it trains coaches and practitioners through two certification programmes, RS Method Coach and RS Method Complete, with ICF education pathways included.

What is RSCI?

RSCI is the practitioner home. Same body of work. Same standard. Different audience.

rs-method.com speaks to the person who wants the work for themselves. RSCI speaks to the person who wants to deliver the work to others.

The Robert Simic Coaching Institute is also the legal and operational home of the whole body of work: one company, with RS Method as its brand.

Who founded it, and who trains?

Robert Simic, the founder of the RS Method and of RSCI, and the master trainer who certifies the next generation.

  • Over twenty years of live transformational work on five continents. Over 3,000 students have been through his trainings and rooms in that time.
  • Over fifty certifications across the field, training accredited under the ICF and other recognised bodies, and two decades of certifying others.

Who is it for?

People who have decided they want to work with people at depth, and are choosing where to be trained: existing coaches, therapists, counsellors, NLP practitioners, healers, HR leaders, executives in transition, consultants and second-career professionals.

What are the two programmes, and what do they cost?

RS Method Coach, the Life Coach Certification programme

  • Included ICF education pathway: ICF Level 1
  • With ICF included: AED 18,000
  • RS Method only: AED 15,000

RS Method Complete, the advanced programme

  • Included ICF education pathway: ICF Level 2, leading to ACC or PCC (an ACC-first route exists)
  • With ICF included: AED 35,000

  • RS Method only: AED 29,000

  • Format: mostly online and self-paced, with included live training days. Live training happens regularly in Dubai, and occasionally elsewhere by private engagement.

  • RS Method Complete includes the full 5-Day RS Method Experience in Dubai, not on top.

The order of the training is the institute's foundation: the practitioner is transformed before the practitioner is trained. Your own work comes first, inside the cohort, under supervision, alongside the methodology you're learning to deliver.

Who accredits what?

RSCI holds ICF accreditation. The ACC and PCC credentials themselves are awarded by the ICF.

Our students' passing rate on the ICF ACC exam so far is 100%. That's a fact of record, not a promise.
