ICF-accredited coaching pathways. Built around what the credential cannot certify, the practitioner who can actually hold the work.
How we think about accreditation →
Most coaching schools train you in a framework, hand you a certificate, and send you out to figure out how to actually sit with a human in front of you.
We do the opposite. The credential is included because the world wants to see it. The training is built around something the credential cannot measure: the capacity to hold the room, the steadiness to stay with a client while they reorganise in front of you, and the seat that lets the work actually happen.
That is what RSCI graduates leave with.
A credential makes you employable. A capacity makes you good.
Choose the credential the world needs to recognise, and the depth your practice is asking you to go.

Robert "Aware" Simic has held more than fifty certifications across coaching and the deeper transformation work. He apprenticed in the lineages of Richard Bandler, Tad James, and Bob Proctor, and spent two decades distilling what actually worked into one body of work.
Today he trains the people who train. RSCI is the institute he built around that work.
Meet Robert →Six practitioners who just completed the ten-day RSCI Master Coach training, reflecting on what the work asked of them and what they carry forward.
On the ten days.
On the accomplishment.
On things working out.
On the learnings.
On the certification.
On the experience.
