The Work You Will Be Trained To Hold

To witness. To hold. To walk them home.

Three trained capacities. One body of work. The practitioner the world is short on.

ICF-accredited coaching pathways. Built around what the credential cannot certify, the practitioner who can actually hold the work.
How we think about accreditation

Built For

The practitioner who knows their tools are too small.

You have done the trainings. You have the certifications. You can run the framework, ask the questions, follow the protocol.

You sit with a client who has carried something for thirty years, and you watch yourself reach for the technique. You watch the client leave the session a little lighter, but still carrying it.

You know there is a deeper way to work with this. You can feel where the ceiling is. You are looking for the place that teaches what is underneath the techniques you already have.

That place is here.

Most schools train you to ask questions. We train you to hold the room.
The Mechanism

Two movements. One homecoming. Yours to facilitate.

The RS Method works the way good practitioner work has always worked. Not by adding more for the client to manage, but by helping them set down what was never theirs and remember what already is. You will be trained to facilitate both movements with precision, in real sessions, with real clients, under real supervision.

Unbecome.

The first movement is subtractive. You learn to help the client set down the performances, the strategies, the inherited stories that have been blocking the version of them that is actually trying to live.

You learn to do this without arguing with what is there. Without forcing insight. Without rushing the room. You make the patterns visible, and you let the client feel what is underneath.

What you are being trained in here is presence, precision, and the trained nervous system that can stay with a client while their identity reorganises in front of you.

Remember.

The second movement is recognition. What surfaces in the client is not new. It is the part of them that was always there, the still witness, the self that was never broken and never lost.

You do not teach this self to the client. You help them remember it.

The training for this movement is the longest part of the work. It is where the methodology and the lineage earn their weight. Anyone can be shown a technique. Almost no one is trained to hold the room where remembering actually happens.

What The Training Produces

A practitioner whose presence does the work.

Not a coach who has memorised a framework. Not a therapist who has run out of tools. A practitioner.

Someone who can sit with what arrives and not flinch. Someone whose seat is so steady that the client can put the weight down for the first time. Someone whose method is documented and whose capacity has been trained, not theorised.

When you graduate from RSCI, your client does not leave the session having learned something about themselves. They leave the session having met themselves.

That is the standard. That is what we train for.

Before any of that, we transform the practitioner first. Every RSCI pathway sequences inner work before outer practice. The cohort surfaces your own unresolved material. The methodology cleans the contracts you have been carrying, the self-confidence loops, the "not good enough" identity you may have walked in with. By the time you graduate, the room you walk into is one you have already been held inside. We call it the Inner Work First Principle, and it is the standard of every cohort.

A credential makes you employable. A capacity makes you good. Robert
