For RS Method certified coaches

Add ICF accreditation to what you already hold.

You already did the hard part. You learned the method, you sat with real clients, and you know what to do when the conversation goes somewhere unplanned. This is the paperwork that lets the rest of the market see it.

The UAE is moving toward requiring every practising coach to carry the stamp of a recognised accrediting body, at any level. You do not start again, and you pay only the difference.

The process

It is genuinely simple.

This is the same route Robert took, and the one every one of our students has taken since.

  1. Study the online module

You get access and study at your own pace, until the ICF world makes sense: their language, their competencies, and what they actually care about. It is not long, and it is not busywork.

  2. Get prepared for the exam

The module prepares you thoroughly. Nothing is left for you to piece together on your own.

  3. Sit the mock test as often as you like

It lives in your RS Method library. Take it again and again, until the score stops moving and you are bored of passing it.

  4. Sandy confirms you are ready

When you feel ready for the oral exam, Sandy, your ICF mentor, makes sure you genuinely are before anything gets booked. Nobody is sent in to find out the hard way.

  5. Pass the oral exam

Once you pass with Sandy, we schedule the same oral exam with an ICF assessor, and you pass that one too.

  6. Collect your certificates, then sit the written exam

You receive your further certificates from us, then sit the written exam on the ICF’s own site, by which point you are over-prepared for it.

Sandy is with you for the whole journey, not just the exam.

Our pass rate so far is 100%.

Questions

Before you enrol.

Do I have to repeat any RS Method training?

No. That is the entire point of the upgrade route. You already hold the methodology. This adds the accredited coach education and the credential preparation on top of it.

Which level should I choose?

Level 1 is the education pathway toward ACC. Level 2 is the more extensive education associated with progression toward PCC, and it can also support an ACC application first if your coaching hours have not yet reached PCC level.

If you are unsure, message us before paying. It takes a minute to work out.

How long does it take?

The online module is self-paced, so most of the timeline is yours. The parts we schedule, the oral exam in particular, are arranged once Sandy confirms you are ready.

What if I do not pass?

So far nobody has not. Our pass rate is 100%, and the reason is that Sandy does not let anyone sit an exam before they are ready.

Does this make me ACC or PCC automatically?

No. RSCI provides the accredited education and prepares you for the credential. ACC and PCC are awarded by the International Coaching Federation once you satisfy their education, experience, assessment and application requirements.
