Two decades. Fifty-plus certifications. One body of work distilled out of all of it. Today he trains the practitioners the world is short on.
Apply, Speak with Sara →Robert trained directly inside the lineages of Richard Bandler (NLP's co-founder), Tad James (Time Paradigm Techniques, hypnotherapy), and Bob Proctor (consciousness, success, and mindset work). He spent two decades inside the rooms where modern transformation work was being shaped, taught by the practitioners who shaped it.
Then he kept going. He sought out every certification the field would offer him, and several it would not. He counted to more than fifty before he stopped counting. Each one taught him something. Most of them taught him what was missing.
The synthesis is what became the RS Method. Not a stack of techniques. A body of work in its own right.
Robert's standard is the capacity, not the credential. The trained nervous system. The seat that does not flinch. The precision that lets the work happen quietly, without effort, without theatre.
He trains practitioners the way the masters who trained him trained him. Inside the work itself. Live. Direct. Real client material in front of real master coaches. Supervision until the practitioner's seat is steady. No graduation until the capacity is real.
That is why RSCI exists. The credentials are layered on top because the world expects them. The training is built around what the world does not know how to measure.
Robert built the institute around one non-negotiable principle. The practitioner is transformed before the practitioner is trained. You cannot hold the room with a nervous system that has not been held first. You cannot witness a client's contract while you are still inside your own. Every RSCI cohort is built around this order, and Robert does not bend on it. The graduates the institute is proud of are graduates who arrived with their own material and left with it cleaned.
Robert trains alongside the RS Method Master Coach team, a network of senior practitioners he has trained over the years and who now hold supervision, mentor coaching, and direct work with practitioners-in-training. Every RSCI cohort runs with Robert plus the master coaches in the room.
The reason matters: practitioner training cannot happen at scale without supervision, and supervision cannot happen well without trained supervisors. The team is the institute's quiet differentiator.
Robert built RSCI because the RS Method is not a person. It is a body of work. Bodies of work need institutes around them if they are going to last past their founder. The institute is the structure that carries the methodology, the supervision, the lineage, and the standard into the next generation.
The work is too important to depend on one room. RSCI is the room around the room.
