Sara has met thousands of practitioners. She can tell when the call is ready and when the timing is not yet. The conversation honours both answers. Sara also surfaces whether you are ready to be the client first. RSCI's Inner Work First Principle means every cohort cleans the practitioner's own material before releasing them to do the work for others. Sara names that with you, openly.

Four pathways exist for good reason. Sara walks them with you in the context of your craft, your market, your existing credentials, and the depth your practice is asking to reach.
Are we the right fit for what you are seeking?
The institute selects the practitioners it trains. The conversation is where that selection happens, gently, on both sides.
If the conversation lands on a yes, Sara walks you through the enrolment process for the right pathway, the cohort timing, and the investment in context. There is no rush on either side. Most applicants take a week to sit with the decision before they enrol.
If the fit is not right, Sara will say so directly. Either the timing is off, or another doorway (the RS Method itself, as a client first) is the right next step. We send you with care, not with a sale.
Sara has worked alongside Robert for years. She is the human bridge between every page on this site and the institute itself. She has trained inside the work, supervised practitioners, and held thousands of these conversations.
