Robert Simic Coaching Institute

Become the kind of coach a certificate alone cannot create.

Learn the RS Method. Train with real humans. Build the capacity to sit in front of a client and know what to do when the conversation goes somewhere no script prepared you for.

One professional pathway. Two levels of mastery. Professional credentialing built in.

Online learning + live practitioner training · Internationally recognised certifications · ICF credential pathways included

The pathway

We made becoming a professional coach simpler.

You should not have to choose between becoming a better coach and becoming a credentialed coach. So you no longer do.

At RSCI there is one body of professional training: the RS Method. You simply choose how deeply you want to train.

RS Method Coach

The professional foundation. Includes the ICF Level 1 education pathway toward ACC.

RS Method Complete

The complete RS Method practitioner education. Includes the ICF Level 2 education pathway toward PCC, and can also support an ACC application first if your coaching experience has not yet reached PCC level.

That is it. The RS Method develops the practitioner. ICF provides the professional credentialing framework. We believe a serious coach should be prepared for both.

If you genuinely do not need ICF, you can simply remove that component and save.

A credential can open the door.
Your ability once you enter the room is what builds the career.

Most coach training is designed primarily around what a certification body needs to see. RSCI begins somewhere else:

What does the human being sitting opposite you actually need you to be able to do?

Then we build the professional credentialing framework around that. Because being credentialed matters. But being genuinely capable matters more.

Professional foundation

RS Method Coach

Become a professional coach with a methodology you can actually use.

This is not an introductory “learn to ask better questions” coaching course. You learn the core RS Method approach for helping clients recognise what is actually holding them back, interrupt the patterns underneath it, and move toward meaningful change.

You train the methodology. You practise it. And you learn how to sit with a real human being rather than hide behind a coaching script.

The credential

Where does ICF fit?

ICF, the International Coaching Federation, is one of the world’s most recognised professional credentialing bodies for coaches. For coaches intending to work internationally, with organisations, or within increasingly professionalised coaching markets, an ICF credential can be extremely valuable. That is why the standard RSCI professional pathway now includes it.

The UAE is moving toward requiring every practising coach to carry the stamp of a recognised accrediting body, at any level, as part of the country’s professionalism agenda. The ICF is that body.

ICF credentials you. RSCI trains you.

ICF defines professional coaching competencies, ethics, education and experience requirements. RSCI’s responsibility is to develop the practitioner sitting underneath those letters. The methodology. The judgment. The presence. The ability to work with an actual human being when the conversation moves beyond anything a textbook anticipated.

That is why we no longer sell “ICF training” and “RS Method training” as two separate worlds. You learn the RS Method, and your professional education includes the appropriate ICF pathway for your level.

The two ICF levels

Level 1 and Level 2, explained.

ICF LEVEL 1 → ACC

Included with RS Method Coach

Level 1 is the accredited coach-education pathway designed primarily for practitioners progressing toward the Associate Certified Coach, ACC credential.

The training includes the relevant ICF-aligned education, mentor coaching, performance assessment and credential preparation requirements within the accredited program.

After completing the education, candidates must still satisfy ICF’s required professional coaching experience and application requirements before ICF awards the ACC credential.

ICF LEVEL 2 → ACC OR PCC

Included with RS Method Complete

Level 2 provides the more extensive accredited coach education associated with progression toward the Professional Certified Coach, PCC credential.

Completing Level 2 does not mean you need to wait until you possess the coaching experience required for PCC before pursuing an ICF credential. A graduate whose experience currently meets ACC requirements may pursue ACC first.

As their professional coaching experience develops, they can later progress toward PCC without needing to return and purchase another RSCI educational level.

RS Method Complete future-proofs your coach education through the PCC education level.

The difference

Coaching skills are not the same thing as being able to coach.

A person can understand every competency on paper and still freeze when a client begins to cry. They can memorise brilliant questions and still miss what is happening directly in front of them. They can receive a certificate and still wonder: what do I actually do with this client?

That gap is what RSCI was built to close. We train three things simultaneously.

01 — THE METHODOLOGY

You need tools that work. Not twenty disconnected models collected from twenty weekend courses.

One coherent way of understanding what keeps a person stuck, and how meaningful transformation actually unfolds.

02 — THE PRACTITIONER

The instrument in every coaching session is you. Your nervousness. Your assumptions. Your need to fix. Your unresolved material.

Your ability to remain present when somebody else’s world begins to move. We train that too.

03 — THE SEAT

Eventually you stop trying to perform coaching. You can listen. Notice. Intervene. Wait. Challenge. Stay silent.

And trust what you have been trained to see. That is the seat of the practitioner. No credential alone can create it for you.

The RSCI standard

You experience the work before we trust you to deliver it.

At RSCI, practitioner training does not begin with the client’s problems. It begins with yours.

Not because you need to become perfect. Because a practitioner who cannot recognise their own conditioning will unconsciously bring it into somebody else’s session.

Throughout the training you experience the methodology personally. You see where you react. Where you rescue. Where you judge. Where you reach for a technique because silence makes you uncomfortable.

And gradually something changes. You stop merely knowing the work. You become capable of holding it.

The experience

Learn it. Experience it. Practise it. Use it.

  1. Study the methodology

Begin with the online curriculum. Learn the principles, structure and tools before bringing them into the live room.

  2. Experience the work

RSCI’s Inner Work First principle means the methodology does not remain theoretical. You personally experience what you will eventually ask clients to experience.

  3. Train live

Work directly with Robert and the RS Method Master Coach team. Watch demonstrations. Practise. Get corrected. Do it again.

  4. Work with real humans

The confidence to coach does not come from another video. It comes from coaching. Supervised practice closes the gap between understanding a technique and being able to use it when the person sitting opposite you does something unexpected.

  5. Certify

Complete the RSCI assessments required for your chosen program. Students on the standard ICF-inclusive pathway also complete the additional accredited education, mentor coaching, performance assessment and credential preparation associated with their ICF education level.

  6. Build the practice

The certificate is the beginning. We help you understand how to structure sessions, work professionally with clients, and begin turning the craft into a real practice.

Your lead trainer

Robert “Aware” Simic

More than fifty certifications taught him what to keep, and what to throw away.

Robert "Aware" Simic, lead trainer

Robert spent more than two decades training across coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy, Time Paradigm work, consciousness and human transformation. He trained inside the lineages of some of the field’s best-known practitioners.

Then he did what very few students eventually do. He stopped collecting methods and began asking which parts actually mattered.

The result became the RS Method. One coherent body of work built from thousands of client experiences, years of practitioner training, and the relentless removal of what was clever but unnecessary.

Today Robert trains alongside a team of senior RS Method Master Coaches, practitioners who came through the work themselves and now help hold the standard for those coming next.

The graduates

The certificate matters. What they can do afterwards matters more.

Thousands of practitioners have experienced Robert’s work across multiple continents. Some came to become coaches. Some already were. What matters to us is what happened after the training, when there was no trainer beside them, a real client sat down, and the room became theirs to hold.

You do not start again.

The UAE is moving toward requiring every practising coach to carry the stamp of a recognised accrediting body, at any level. If you are already an RS Method certified coach you do not start again, and you pay only the difference.

If you completed an earlier RS Method or RSCI coach-training pathway before ICF education was integrated into the standard program, your previous training may allow you to enter through an upgrade route.

Eligibility depends on the training you previously completed and the applicable ICF requirements at the time of application.

For the few who keep going

RS Method Master Coach Residency

Complete gives you the whole methodology. Mastery is what happens after you have used it.

From time to time, Robert opens an advanced residency for experienced RS Method practitioners who are ready to return to the room at an entirely different level. This is not another toolbox. There are no missing modules withheld from RS Method Complete. The Residency is about mastery:

  • Advanced live casework
  • Complex client situations
  • Practitioner supervision
  • Precision and timing
  • Working without dependence on scripts
  • Holding deeper transformational rooms
  • Mentoring developing practitioners
  • Facilitation and leadership
  • Embodying and protecting the RS Method standard

Graduates who meet the required standard may earn the designation RS Method Master Coach.

The Residency is not run on a permanent public schedule. It opens periodically when there is both a qualified group ready for it and a reason to bring that group into the room.

You do not need to decide about Master Coach today. First learn the work. Then use it. If mastery becomes the next conversation, we will know.

Fit

Is this you?

RSCI is for you if…

  • You want to become a professional coach rather than merely collect another qualification.
  • You already coach but know your current toolbox is too shallow.
  • You want a methodology rather than a random collection of techniques.
  • You are prepared to experience the work personally.
  • You value live practice and correction.
  • You want to be confident with humans, not only competent on an exam.
  • You want recognised professional credentialing without allowing the credential to define the limits of your craft.
  • You care about what happens after you receive the certificate.

It may not be for you if…

  • Your only objective is obtaining the cheapest possible certificate.
  • You want an entirely passive video course.
  • You do not want feedback on your coaching.
  • You believe the practitioner’s own development is irrelevant to the quality of their work.
  • You want letters after your name without the responsibility that should come with them.

That is okay. There are many training providers built for a different student. RSCI knows who it is built for.

Questions

The things people ask.

Do I need previous coaching experience?

Not for RS Method Coach.

Applicants for RS Method Complete are assessed individually. Some enter directly. Others may be advised to begin with RS Method Coach first.

The purpose of the application conversation is to establish what will genuinely serve you rather than simply sell you the more expensive program.

Is the training online?

The training combines self-paced online study with live practitioner training and supervised application.

Specific live-training formats, locations and cohort arrangements are confirmed for each intake.

Is ICF included?

Yes. The standard professional configuration now includes ICF-accredited coach education.

RS Method Coach includes ICF Level 1 education. RS Method Complete includes ICF Level 2 education.

If you genuinely do not require ICF credentialing, you can remove that component and take the RSCI professional training at the lower RS Method-only price.

Can I take the RS Method without ICF?

Yes. We believe most people entering professional coaching today benefit from recognised credentialing, which is why the ICF-inclusive route is now our standard offering. But we refuse to make someone pay for a credentialing pathway they genuinely do not need.

RS Method Coach without ICF: AED 15,000. RS Method Complete without ICF: AED 29,000.

What is the difference between ACC and PCC?

ACC is ICF’s Associate Certified Coach credential. PCC is the more advanced Professional Certified Coach credential. They differ in the amount of accredited coach education, demonstrated coaching competency and professional coaching experience required.

RS Method Coach includes Level 1 education toward ACC. RS Method Complete includes Level 2 education, which can support progression toward ACC or PCC depending on your professional coaching experience.

If I take RS Method Complete, can I apply for ACC first?

Yes. This is one of the advantages of completing your coach education to the Level 2 standard.

If you complete RS Method Complete but currently possess only the professional coaching experience required for ACC, you can pursue ACC first. As your professional hours accumulate, you can later progress toward PCC without needing to return and purchase another RSCI educational level.

Your education is already built through the ICF Level 2 standard.

Does completing the training automatically make me ACC or PCC?

No. This distinction is important.

RSCI awards its own professional certifications. ACC and PCC are credentials awarded separately by the International Coaching Federation.

You must satisfy ICF’s applicable education, professional coaching experience, assessment, examination and application requirements. We provide the accredited education pathway and prepare you for the credential. ICF awards it.

Why does RSCI include ICF by default now?

Because the professional coaching industry is evolving. Clients, corporations and organisations increasingly want evidence that the coach they hire has been educated against recognised professional standards.

We therefore believe the strongest professional preparation combines both a recognised credentialing pathway, and a methodology capable of producing meaningful work once the client actually sits in front of you. That is now the standard RSCI route.

Who delivers the ICF-accredited component?

The accredited coach-education component is delivered through RSCI’s online module, an appropriately accredited ICF coach-education provider, and it is all wonderfully crafted to prepare you for the most time-efficient and quality-efficient process. We have a 100% passing rate with our students so far, so you are in very good hands here.

The RS Method itself remains RSCI’s methodology.

Can I add ICF later if I choose the cheaper option today?

Yes. Eligible RSCI graduates may add the relevant ICF education pathway later.

However, it is deliberately more economical to include ICF as part of your initial training package. Changing your mind later does not mean repeating the RS Method education you have already completed.

What happens after I become certified?

You practise. You work with clients. You accumulate professional coaching experience. You continue refining your craft.

And for a small number of experienced practitioners, the next stage may eventually be an invitation into an RS Method Master Coach Residency. There is no need to decide that now.

Good. You do not need to diagnose your own professional training pathway from a webpage.
