The methodology, the seat, the core tools. Mostly online and self-paced, with live training days. Accredited by the FNLPCP.
RSCI Level 1 is for the practitioner choosing this work as a serious craft for the first time, or returning to it after another framework left them short of the depth they wanted to reach.
You may be brand-new to coaching, you may already hold another certification, or you may be transitioning from a related field (therapy, HR, consulting, healing modalities). The Level 1 cohort welcomes all three. The training meets you where your craft is and builds the floor underneath it.
Your own inner work first. RSCI cohorts begin with the practitioner's own unresolved material before they begin with the client's. This is the Inner Work First Principle and it shapes the entire training arc.
The RS Method as a complete methodology, taught from the inside.
The trained seat: how to sit with a client without reaching for the framework. How to witness, how to hold, how to walk them through.
The core toolkit: the precise tools that produce the Unbecoming movement and the precise tools that produce the Remembering movement. The mechanism behind each tool, not just the script.
How to build a client practice that holds. The session structure, the relationship arc, the boundaries, the supervision.
Cohorts are intentionally small. Apply early to hold a place.
What we look for in the application call is the call itself. Are you ready to hold this work? Will the timing of this cohort serve the practice you are building? Are you fit for what the cohort expects of you?
The investment is discussed on the free Zoom with Sara, in the context of the right pathway. Per RSCI's standing principle, we never publish training pricing on the public site. Sara surfaces it inside the conversation.
