Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Robert Simic Coaching Institute FZ LLE (“RSCI” or “we”) and the affiliate (“Affiliate” or “you”). By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

• 1.1. The Affiliate Program allows you to refer new leads to RSCI and earn commission payments when your referrals enrol in one of our training programs or workshops.
• 1.2. Current commission structure:
  • 10-day Life Coaching Training or RS Method Workshop: AED 2,000 per successful referral.
  • 6-day NLP Training: AED 1,200 per successful referral.
  • 2-day Personal Breakthrough Experience (PBE) Workshop: AED 400 per successful referral.

2. Eligibility for Commission

• 2.1. To qualify for a commission, the referred lead must:
  • – Be a brand-new contact not already in RSCI’s CRM system.
  • – Be referred to RSCI before they contact us through other marketing channels or approach us directly.

• 2.2. You must provide the lead’s information, including their full name and contact details.

3. Payment of Commissions

• 3.1. Commissions will be paid only after:
  • – The referred lead fully enrols in a program or workshop.
  • – The referred lead settles their payment in full.

• 3.2. Payment options:
  • – Bank transfer.
  • – Cash.
  • – Credit towards any personal payments within RSCI.

• 3.3. Payments will be processed at the point of referred client’s full account settlement.

4. Responsibilities of the Affiliate

• 4.1. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that the lead provided is new and has not already interacted with RSCI.

• 4.2. The Affiliate must comply with RSCI’s policies and refrain from engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.

5. Termination of Agreement

• 5.1. RSCI reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated the terms of this Agreement.

• 5.2. Upon termination, no further commissions will be owed for referrals not yet enrolled or paid in full.

6. Limitation of Liability

RSCI is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

8. Acceptance

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
